Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Gifts and Collectibles: Hand-crafted items made in ceramic. These sculptures are unique and carefully designed to meet the expectation of those who search for high-end quality dog art collectibles.
Each year I commit to study different dog breeds and bring them to life in the form of the most unique artwork that represent the qualities of the breed, yet in a simple and artistic style. I have created Soft Coated Terriers in the past as private commissions, but this is the very first study series.
I created 3 different sculptures, each one aimed to capture different type of dogs that I have observed during my studies of the breed. The sculptures were created after study sketches made from research and deep observation. The figurines represent the way that I see the breed.
